ZP35B-41B-旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機(jī)是一種雙壓式加預(yù)壓自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片的機(jī)器，將顆粒狀原料壓制片劑。它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)適用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門。

 特點(diǎn)：外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺(tái)面用不銹鋼材料，轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)表面經(jīng)過特殊處理，能保持表面光澤 與防止交叉感染，符合GMP要求。

裝有透明璃的門空，能清楚觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。

采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電器高速，操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平衡，安全準(zhǔn)確。

所有的傳動(dòng)裝置均布置在機(jī)器內(nèi)部，保持機(jī)件清潔。

液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)合理，能保證液壓系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。

配有過載保護(hù)裝置，當(dāng)壓力過載時(shí)，能自動(dòng)停機(jī)。
